Motorcyclist Killed In Road Crash In Wiltshire

A motorcyclist died after colliding with a vehicle at the junction of the A338 and A342 on Salisbury Plain. The accident happened at around 14:30 BST. Police who attended the scene found that the motorcyclist had died on the spot.  The identity of the motorcyclist has not been revealed yet. No other person sustained injuries in the crash. An iron foundry in West Midlands has been fined after a worker had a narrow escape after falling from a collapsing platform.  The worker could have fallen into a stream of extremely hot molten metal.
