Whether or not you meet your personal injury solicitor in person is completely up to you. When starting your claim, your solicitor will provide you will a range of contact details, so you can always keep in contact with your solicitor throughout the case via telephone, email and letters.
If however you would like to speak to your solicitor in person, your personal injury solicitor will be happy for you to visit their offices to discuss any aspect of your claim. In most circumstances your solicitor can also arrange to visit you at home or in hospital if required.
