Teenagers Killed In Collision With Tree Have Been Identified

Two teenagers who were killed after their car collided with a tree have been named.

18 year old William Richardson and 19 year old Asa Caudill were travelling along the A264 Five Oaks Road in Slinfold when the crash happened on Friday.

The driver of the car, William Richardson had died on the spot while his passenger Asa Caudill died later in hospital.

Earlier police arrested an 18 year old man on suspicion of dangerous driving and causing the death of the teenagers.   It is believed that the crash involved a Peugeot 306 and an Opel Astra.

The driver of the Opel Astra has been released on bail.
