A 13 year old boy who was killed after being hit by a car just outside his school was not supervised, an inquest has heard.
William Avery-Wright sustained fatal injuries as he was crossing the road outside his school on November 30.
He was taken to the East Surrey Hopsital where he was declared dead.
According to one of the teachers, children of William’s age should not have been left unsupervised.
The driver of the vehicle which caused the accident said he was with his granddaughter at that time and he was travelling at 40mph.
